Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this cancellation window, we may have already processed or shipped your order, and cancellation will no longer be possible.

Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30 calendar day return window starting from the date you receive your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
